Raised in Dallas, Texas, Matt is a proud University of Florida alumnus. Having grown up watching the glory days of Tim Tebow football, Matt was hooked and knew he wanted to be a Florida Gator. During his time at UF, Matt completed both his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Masters of Science in Finance and was a part of the Gator Student Investment Fund. 

After graduation, Matt moved back to Texas where he began his finance career in 2016. After living in Houston for over 6 years, Matt was ready for a new adventure and moved to New York in March 2023 where he is currently a Vice President at Houlihan Lokey. When not working, or cheering on the Gators to victory with fellow gator fans, Matt can be found playing with his dog, Sydney, at a local SoulCycle studio, or spending time with friends.
