Gator Connect: Pop-up mentoring

We know life gets busy, and long-term commitments aren’t always feasible. That’s why we’ve launched a flexible, one-on-one pop-up mentorship program! This initiative aims to connect mentors from diverse industries with mentees (whether they’re students, young alumni, or career changers) looking to explore a field or gain guidance on a specific topic. Each session is a one-time opportunity to share insights, ask questions, and make meaningful connections—no long-term commitments required. Be part of a program that’s as impactful as it is convenient!

WHO IS A POP-UP MENTOR?

A Pop-Up Mentor is any Gator who wants to share their knowledge and experience with other members of the Gator Nation. You don't need to be an expert, just willing to share your story, listen, ask questions and offer your perspective on situations. Pop-Up Mentors can support mentees simply through being a new connection.

WHO IS A POP-UP MENTEE?

A Pop-Up Mentee is any Gator who wants to connect with someone new in a one-time meeting - to find information, get advice or learn from their experiences. To get the best from the conversation, they make sure to let the Pop-Up Mentor know why they want to connect and how they can help them.
