April 29, 2017 - Street Games NYC Parks- Volunteers Needed :  

Experience the joy of public service and gain event experience, while enjoying Thomas Jefferson Park on a wonderful Spring day. Join NYC Parks on Saturday, April 29th for Street Games.

 NYC Parks is in need of volunteers to work one shift, 9:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 29th.Volunteers help support the overall event: including but not limited to providing instruction and or oversight of event programming ( i.e. Shuffleboard , Double Dutch)  managing lines and crowds and fulfilling general event operations. 

 These are the requirements.

1. 1. Must be over the age of 18
2. 2. Must be available for seven (7) hours, 9am-4pm on April 29, 2017
3. 3. Must be able to attend the 45 min YouTube live volunteer orientation webinar on Monday, April 24th at 6:30pm.

*If you cannot commit to all of the above mentioned requirements unfortunately they are unable to consider you for this opportunity.

 Volunteers will receive lunch and a small token of our appreciation.
